The views we had from our room were fine.

Getting to the hotel was a complete nightmare. I struggled with transportation options, particularly arriving late at night, and the public transport was nearly non-existent. The difficulty in accessing the ferry because of long queues in Como was utterly frustrating.

Excellent hotel with excellent location

You can hear everything that's going on in the next room.

Well-appointed and lovely romantic room and central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television inside. Large breakfast and fantastic views of the lake. Beautiful and lovely location right next to public boat station, easy to get anywhere. Outstanding food in the outdoor restaurant in the vicinity.

the hotel is fairly clean and little, offers stunning and awesome location near the bus stop. the staff are charming and provide an excellent service. a gourmet restaurant has brilliant meals. thank you for a fantastic stay.

The views were somewhat fine, but alas, the lack of basic amenities was unacceptable. I expected at least a room upgrade, but was treated like any ordinary traveler. And don't get me started on the uncomfortable bed, paired with flat pillows. I almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

Good breakfast with cappuccinos included, meats, cheeses, worth to decide on it.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with table chairs sun beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was in the central setting in the piazza.

Staying for five nights to celebrate my wife's birthday was a fantastic experience. The room we chose was spacious and had a lovely private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast with a beautiful view of the lake. I particularly loved the thoughtful touch when the staff brought out a surprise breakfast muffin for my wife's special day. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the ferry station and local restaurants, allowing us to explore the area easily.

The picturesque setting offers very nice lake views, especially during breakfast with baked scones. The staff was friendly, providing swift assistance when needed. Transportation options were frustrating and the lack of a mini fridge in the room was inconvenient. Some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times, slightly detracting from the overall experience.

A perfect retreat for families

The breakfast was the most generous I've ever had, a feast! And the views from the room left us speechless. We were in a family room, and the kids spent hours just staring out at the beautiful lake, not wanting to leave!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was worth every penny.
